I was born and raised in a small town in very Southern Illinois. I attended Southern Illinois University (SIU- go Dawgs!) where I was a member of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority and obtained a degree in Political Science.
My life has been blessed in many ways and at the top of that list is my family. My husband Chris and our children, Savoya and Milan, bring me so much joy. They keep me grounded, they keep me challenged and they keep me smiling.
As a woman, I proudly where many titles: wife, mother, chauffeur, chef, CEO and "Daddy's Girl" Throughout my life my father has taught me not only by his words but his amazing example. He instilled in me that I could do anything I set me mind to do and that the only limitations I had were those I placed upon myself.
When I am not working or volunteering, I enjoy focusing on Health and wellness through nutrition and fitness. I compete in fitness competitions and was showcased in Natural Bikini Magazine.
Why is it called Pop's Coffee?
Well, the answer is simple, it is named to honor my daddy, the man who inspired me to start this company.
My children, who happen to be his two favorite people in the world, call him "Pop" and there you have it. They sometimes even call him "Poppuccino" (a blend of Pop and cappuccino).
This is my Daddy
